What

It's still tied to @stephanegigandet 's personal account, which is cumbersome for policies changes from Google Play and more
There's a procedure described here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6230247
We need to plan ahead, ensure there's no adverse impact on CI, tasks to redo, yada yada
