Who for

As a developer of a 3rd party application,

What

I want to be able to configure my own Client in Keycloak,

Why

so that I can change OIDC parameters, and get client credentials without needing help from the core team.

How

Figure out how/if fine grained permissions can be used to do this
Allow users to self-register a new Client, see Signup - Create a self-service way to identify as a developper/app maker, just like for producers openfoodfacts-server#10558
