Add a page for each country package #9

Add an intermediate page between the country packages list (#4) and the legislation explorer instance, that gives the following information:

Name and latest version of package.
Count of variables and parameters (plus link to legislation explorer).
Count of contributors (plus link to source repo).
List of partners logos (for instance, for France: IPP, Étalab, beta.gouv.fr, MSA, France Stratégie…).
Installation instructions (plus link to documentation).

Assess which content from https://github.com/openfisca/openfisca-web-site should be imported.
