Still working on spinach but here's some WIP for strawberry and parsnip.

Hey @jsimplicio thanks again - these look cool!

I like the greens on the parsnip a lot. The body looks a bit michelin though. Maybe edges need to be smoothed out a bit, or the end needs to be pointier?

Could you center-align the strawberry within the icon and maybe place it at an angle (similar to the parsnip)? Might be just me but I'm a bit thrown off by the “missing” yellow dot in the top left - maybe it's because the dots are a pretty aligned? Or maybe the yellow could be a less obviously contrasting color, maybe a bit more orange or darker?

These are great at 24, particularly the strawberry, but I think they need some refining at the larger sizes, and the parsnip could benefit from some tweaks to the root at all sizes.

I think the pips on the 32/64 strawberry could be made to be pip shaped (more oval/rain drop) and a bit smaller. and maybe the stalk could be a different shade of green to the rest to add some detail to that area. A highlight would be good on all sizes; strawberries have a nice sheen to their flesh.

The parsnip leaves are great. Because of the form and colour of the root, though, I'm seeing a horse radish which is whiter, lumpier and more ribbed than a parsnip.
First up, put this aside for horse radish because with a tweak to the leaves it would work pretty well for that! It's not on our list yet but that doesn't matter.

Then, to make it communicate as parsnip I'd get rid of the lumpness totally (i think it's distracting at icon scale) and curve the body of the root inwards faster towards the tip. That's a very recognisably parsippy form, I think. The colour could be a warmer shade of cream, and the lines could be more subtle... if they only reached halfway around the root and were slightly less regular in form it could communicate "parsnipyness" well :)

Something more like this in form and colour...? Note how the form from top to tip is more of a concave arc than a straight line, and how the variations on the skin are quite subtle and irregular.

Parsnip inspiration....

The lines only going halfway around and the dots give a sense of the irregularity of the ribbing...

Very recognisable form in these...

Hey @andru ! I didn't understand what you meant by "the stalk could be a different shade of green to the rest to add some detail to that area" when it comes to the strawberry. And also by highlight do you mean just a little white highlight somewhere like shining?

Can't get the big parsnip to look as good as the tiny ones D:

Here's some progress, folks

Parsnip is looking a lot better. Maybe too white though?

Strawberry is looking great! Yeah I meant a little gentle shine on the top left somewhere. Not essential, but it would help keep a consistent style.

I mean that the little stalk sticking out the top could be a slightly different shade of green to the sepals (the little leaf type structures that extend from the base of the stalk). Again, not necessary, just to keep consistency.
