The download task download_biogas_data is missing in the dataset definition. Therefore the following task cant be executed.

Has been temporarily fixed (only!) in the CI in 9ecdfcf, thanks @nailend!

Thanks a lot for the temporary fix, this issue is not happening in the dev branch (but in CI) but it should be fixed by #931.
