This comment (#5883 (comment)) mentions the docs for testing and debugging (https://docs.openedx.org/en/latest/developers/how-tos/enable-translations-new-repo.html#testing-and-debugging) are out of date. We should investigate what needs to be updated and make the appropriate changes.
