long-term we’ll need a strategy for adding new repos to the matrix in the extract translations Action. A developer already has to do so much stuff to set up a new repo (esp MFEs) and I notice a lot of steps get lost/not completed.

Maybe there’s a way to run a monthly job that checks every single repo for translations and alerts (makes a PR?) when it finds a new one not in the matrix.
