Currently, the AppCookieManager lacks a proper mechanism to handle cookie refresh, leading to potential disruptions when cookies expire.

Expected Behavior:
Introduce a robust mechanism within the AppCookieManager to refresh cookies before their expiration, ensuring seamless application functionality.
