We would like to add mumarkhan999 to the ecommerce-maintainers group for write access so the process can be streamlined.

Reasoning

We are in the process of upgrade ecommerce's django/django-oscar version and mumarkhan999 is collaborating with us on this work, so we would like to increase he access to streamline the process.
