[GH Request] Remove alumni CCs from mailing lists and meetings

Problem/Request

CCs who are no longer active are getting messages about meetings etc, emails from mailing lists, etc. We should offboard them from those things using the reverse steps of the CC onboarding.

I've double checked the WG meetings and CC mailing lists for folks in the "Past Core Contributors" section of the CC doc and removed them where found. It was only a few.
