It is time to perform the quartely run of repo-checks.py for the openedx org. Instructions for running the script can be found here.

@ormsbee I'm having the same issue with access token permission here. I'll try to play with it Friday if I finish the rest of my work, but I'm pretty stumped

Yeah I don't know what's going on here. I keep getting this error:

but my token DEFINITELY has Admin permissions. I even made a token with ALL permissions set to Read & Write and I'm getting this error.

Oh nevermind you need an old style token. I think I can handle this now.

I hit the rate limit trying to do this. I don't know how far I got because it's not pulling the repos in alphabetical order. I got to MongoDBProxy. Looks like I got 184 repos.

Assigning Kyle & Feanil because I am not sure how I was supposed to run the suite (the instructions didn't say what I should do as part of on-call specifically) and I don't know how I should find the repos I wasn't able to check.

Checks are running now and I've made a PR to improve the docs along with another small feature improvement: openedx/repo-tools#537
