As https://github.com/orgs/openedx/teams/cookie-policy-banner-maintainers doesn't fall under the new team naming structure for access granting, I have removed write access to https://github.com/openedx/frontend-component-cookie-policy-banner from it.

I created a new team https://github.com/orgs/openedx/teams/committers-cookie-policy-banner and granted write access to https://github.com/openedx/frontend-component-cookie-policy-banner through that team instead.
