rename branches:

• main -> nightly
• redwood.master -> master

update catalog-info so it isn't tagged in releases

Reasoning

tutor-contrib-aspects is a tutor plugin, so instead of being branched/tagged like an Open edX app repo, we should handle it like other tutor plugins. So, that's:

tutor-contrib-aspects@nightly works with Open edX @ main
tutor-contrib-aspects@master works with Open edX @ open-release/LATEST.master
