Home page availability when kibana_read_only role is applied #4

After updade odfe-kibana version from 1.7 to 1.13.2 the users who have kibana_read_only role applied, now can see a kibana home page with Add data/Manage/Dev tools links witch it's not allowed by kibana_read_only role design.
