I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working with enzyme-constrained metabolic models and was wondering if Memote supports the evaluation of these types of models. Specifically, I am interested in knowing whether Memote's current suite of tests can handle the additional complexities introduced by enzyme kinetics and protein constraints within these models.
If Memote does support enzyme-constrained models, are there any specific guidelines or modifications that I should be aware of to ensure accurate assessments?

Thank you for your interest. MEMOTE was not designed with enzyme constrained models in mind. However, there are many tests that should anyway apply, like checking annotation. I can't tell you which tests will work without trying, as it also depends on how the enzyme constraints were implemented.
