We are proud to release the first beta version of IVA. The most notable changes include:

• Improve configuration in config.js:
  • customise menu items organization and title
  • add colors for consequence type, sift/polyphen and population frequencies
  • public studies browsing is now possible
• Variant Filter improvements:
  • code refactoring and clean ups
  • active filter section added
• New Variant Grid component shared for Variant Browser and Variant Prioritization:
  • Population frequencies are coded with colours instead of writing the numeric values
  • Consequence types and sift/polyphen are coloured
• Basic Gene Vew implemented
• GA4GH Beacon widget added
• New Sample component to select samples, sex and phenotype
• many bug fixes and small improvements
