Given the recent situation where we had a WA election and some very early leaflets for the Federal election at the same time I can finally see the value in doing what the UK ElectionLeaflets site has done and show all leaflets at the same time irrespective of the election.
I know the current multi-election stuff was a quick hack but it's showing. Also, the fact that different elections are shown on the home page depending on some cookie settings is an issue for the people wanting to digitally archive the site for Pandora.
Maybe time to rethink this?

Any thoughts on what to replace the current functionality with (if at all)? Make it a sort of category so we can do "View leaflets by... Election" lists for the front page and /browse?
Is browsing leaflets by election + some other variable desirable at all?
