Not able to see Stats History for any source

Describe the bug
When I view the history for a source the Stats History section is missing from the page. I've spot-checked a few sources and they're all behaving this way for me.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://batch.openaddresses.io/data/3894/history#map=0/0/0

Expected behavior
The Stats History section should have content (I remember a graph of addresses per run).
