Add link to progress page on certificate list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When browsing the list of certificates, the user cannot relates to his current progress and to the amount of time effort needed to achieve a certificate.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a link (single colored area) to the progress view in the certificates list

Describe alternatives you've considered
Wait for the new certificates tab to be available on the mobile apps/in the API.
