This is sorely needed now that the code is running on Gordon.

Andrea has a very basic one that we will use for unit testing the bls_pulse algorithm itself, while I will work on one that can generate simulated lightcurves with more effects taken into account. The idea is to use that package for completeness tests and the like.

@emprice should consider making her Mandel & Agol code a subproject within cloud-kepler. Should create a new directory for the project-specific parts of the simulator.
