Especially important for flare star studies.

I modified the get_data.py script to allow specifying long or short cadence via stdin; also added "*" as a quarter identifier to download all available quarters of data for a particular star.

The code can already locate short cadence FITS files properly, but we haven't yet tested in detail the rest of the code.
