Hello,

I want to replace the whole Entertainment System of an Opel Astra H, because the Navigation is outdated and there is no A2DP Bluetooth available.

My Idea was, to use an Dual Monitor Setup, because the Navigation Display is used for Climatic Informations and BC.

Is this possible with OpenDsh? One Screen for Display CAN Bus Data and one Display for the 'Main' Informations.

Problem is, I am a newbie at Coding. So maybe I need some help with it.

CAN Bus reverse Engineering is no problem.

Regards Nico

Hi Nico, I feel like you're Italian, is it right? I'm doing the exact same thing on the same car. I think it would be possible but it needs lots of coding.

Just a thought... You might could set it up to run 2 instances of dash outputting to 2 different screens and then use the dash settings to for instance turn off certain pages, so maybe the top screen shows dash with only Android auto page, media page, and camera page and the bottom screen shows your app launcher and settings page.
