Feature: AI generating on last comment at PRs.

Current behavior

The AI code right now is generating the text when we only edit the first comment or write the first PR for us, it would be great to have the ability to write it at the last comment in the PR as well.

Why? In this PR: #101 I thought it would be nice to have the text generated by AI at the last comment while writing my comment, it would help to give a short explanation of the written code., and the changed one as well, like doing rebase.

Here is the scenario:

• I created a PR, got some changed done to it and would like to write this changes in new comment rather than the first one, I can not do it right now, but it would be great to have the AI-generator activated in it.
  like in this one:

Plus, it would be nice to specificify what I would like the AI to generate.
