OQS-OpenSSL_1_1_1 is a fork of OpenSSL 1.1.1 that integrates quantum-safe key exchange and authentication algorithms into TLS 1.3 using liboqs, for prototyping and evaluation purposes. This fork is not endorsed by the OpenSSL project.

The following sections of the paper "Prototyping post-quantum and hybrid key exchangeand authentication in TLS and SSH" describe how this integration came to be:
