heroku labs:enable websockets

I just got this error message ! No such feature: websockets after executing heroku labs:enable websockets

https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/websockets

Websockets are now supported on default, I believe.

We don't recommend you use this repository anymore as Meteorite is outdated.
