Create PoC of probe-multiplatform app

This task is about creating a PoC that implements some of desired functionality for a multiplatform app so we can start refactoring probe-android in the right direction.

The steps required are:

• Implement PoC that directly loads a golang .so
• Implement PoC that uses rust as a bridge to run golang code
