Ooni probe doesn't delete temp folders after finishing run

To Reproduce

Enable ooni probe unattended
wait for a few months

Expected behavior

Ooni probe removes temp folders after finish.

It also leaves hundreds of empty folders in %APPDATA%\OONI Probe\ooni_home_autorun\msmts, those should be deleted too I think.
