Upgrade or discontinue older hosts

We are currently investigating an incident affecting monitoring of several hosts. As part of this we should evaluate if certain hosts can be discontinued if no longer in use.

The others should probably be upgraded to a newer OS and newer patterns.

The following hosts are actual production systems:

• amsmatomo.ooni.nu endpoint down -> matomo instance for explorer and website
• ams-slack-1.ooni.org endpoint down -> slack.ooni.org
• mia-run.ooni.nu endpoint down -> run.ooni.io
• mia-httpth.ooni.nu endpoint down -> HTTP middlebox test helper
• ams-explorer.ooni.nu endpoint down -> explorer.ooni.org
• doams1-countly.ooni.nu endpoint down -> countly instance for push notifications
• mia-echoth.ooni.nu endpoint down -> HTTP middlebox test helper
• db-1.proteus.ooni.io endpoint down -> ooni/backend API supports /api/v1/register and /api/v1/login as stubs but we're not using them and we're still proxying to orchestra
• ams-ps.ooni.nu endpoint down -> ooni/backend API supports /api/v1/register and /api/v1/login as stubs but we're not using them and we're still proxying to orchestra

These we should check if it’s safe to discontinue, but if they haven’t been shutdown yet probably there was a reason:

• ams-wcth3.ooni.nu -> https://a.web-connectivity.th.ooni.io
• ams-wcth2.ooni.nu -> other web connectivity test helper (not sure if it’s in use)
• mia-explorer-test.ooni.nu endpoint down -> explorer-test.ooni.org, since we now use vercel for test deployments, maybe this can be discontinued
