As per ONVIF Recording Search Service specification, A device supporting the recording search service shall record below notification messages so that clients can use FindEvents to search for these messages.
tns1:RecordingHistory/Recording/State
tns1:RecordingHistory/Track/State
These Recording History Events contains details about recording token & track token along with when recording started or stopped.
Incase of network video recorder, the device is recording the media for multiple channels (i,e multiple cameras) and expose the ONVIF recording search service interface to it's clients.
Then how NVR ONVIF Client can get to know which channel recording from the RecoridngHistory Events fetched using ONVIF GetEventSearchResults API?
Also how NVR ONVIF Client can request the playback uri for a particular channel of the device? ONVIF Playback Uri is based on the recording token. As per ONVIF Recording service specification, it is possible to store multiple profiles media data in single recording container and there is no association of recording container with each channel or each video source(i.e for multi sensor camera).
