Need help with firmware for Direkt-Tek DTLAPY116

Hello, I need help with firmware for the 16.1 Convertible DTLAPY116 http://direkt-tek.com/support/
Can someone convert the driver and add it to this repo or guide me on how to convert windows firmware to linux firmware?

I am trying to get firmware file to use with this driver https://github.com/sigboe/gslX68X (I have compiled and installed this driver but touchscreen still not detected. xinput does not list touchscreen).
This page says:
"Firmware for some devices can be obtained from gsl-firmware. You can also find conversion tools there to create your own firmware image from Windows or Android drivers. Note that silead.ko requires firmware in 'plain' format."
but a google search does not show what tools I need to do conversion.
