I was looking at an alternative to my previous yt-dlp interface and found OnionMedia. Great work!
Here are some things I would add or improve, let me know what you think:

Localization

First of all, implementing localization would help in popularizing the app. You could that by submitting OnionMedia on a translation panel like Crowdin or Weblate. Both are free for FOSS projects and would allow user to contribute in translating the interface in many languages. Crowdin is easier to use in my opinion.

Auto-updater

One feature I liked with my previous media downloader was the auto-update feature of ffmpeg, yt-dlp and also the app itself. Having a feature that auto-updates ffmpeg and yt-dlp is important as it always has the latest fixes and improvements. App auto-updater is less important but also nice to have.

Remember window size and position

Currently, no matter the window size and the position you leave it at. It opens expanded and pretty much in the same spot. An option that remembers the window size and position you left OnionMedia in before closing would be great, and would re-appear in that same size and place on launch.
