Downloading from Instagram Rarely works, sometimes it does but mostly doesn't

I tested the video from the second picture (https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cyq71KurfCk/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) and it worked for me.

Does it depend on the video if it works or not or does it work after a few tries or if you try it again later?
Maybe you can give me links to videos where the download works and videos where it doesn't work?

One time a video worked once but stopped working, trying again later or after a few tries doesn't work
I can't give you links to videos that work because none are working for me right now but ill link a few that don't
