EVM Gateway preview - soft finality

Objective
EVM Gateways uses event streaming for the latest events, which are always for sealed blocks. We'd like to create a gateway PoC that demonstrates indexing EVM execution data soon after execution (soft-finality).

Key Results

• Release preview before ETH Denver to demonstrate the improved response latency when using executed finalized blocks, estimating latency reduction from ~12 to ~6 sec.
