I was in two minds in this.
What if you miss type the version no?
Possibly not that terrible it just takes s moment longer to trigger an
error or it starts downloading the wrong version.
This other ideas was to promote the user before starting the download.
If we did this would probably want an --nopromt option so that a dcli tool
can avoid triggering user input.
Thoughts?
