Feature request: Pin could automatically download version if not installed.

dswitch knows what to do - maybe it should just do it?

I was in two minds in this. What if you miss type the version no? Possibly not that terrible it just takes s moment longer to trigger an error or it starts downloading the wrong version. This other ideas was to promote the user before starting the download. If we did this would probably want an --nopromt option so that a dcli tool can avoid triggering user input. Thoughts?

Personally I would not find it very terrible - you could also mistype the version when you write install <version>
