autocomplete not working for dshell compile. #87

if you type dshell compile scri

And then hit tab. dshell_complete should auto complete name of the script.

It fails to do this.

It should also work even if you pass in the two switches (-i -o).

file/directory completion now works.

Need to add ~ expansion to HOME
Need to test if it works when switches are passed.
