Query in the front end, upgrade the script

I am interested with your code. Can I run it in my hosting or vps? and also want to ask, if this script can do query input from frontend? I mean like, I can write any query from front end that use html and js after that in the backend process it using your code. Please let me if you can help me on that issues.
