Noted by @mabruce, showinf curated/leica-tcs/brian/Series002.xml reads the dataset but does not include Series002.xml in the used files list. In particular, this means that importing datasets of this type to OMERO can fail.

#4172 may be related, but this is a missing file not an incorrect ordering.
