okta-hosted-login 404 on okta site after clicking login

This must be a configuration issue but I after creating my app and a user on my okta account I ran the sample program following you readme. I went to http://localhost:8080 and clicked the login and got a 404 error.

"Now navigate to http://localhost:8080 in your browser.

If you see a home page that prompts you to login, then things are working! Clicking the Log in button will redirect you to the Okta hosted sign-in page."

I get a 404 when I click login
