Can't add a new Worker when 24 hours have passed after the cluster was initially installed

Hello community

I installed OKD in its version 4.7.0-0.okd-2021-08-22-163618 on Fedora CoreOS 34 Stable. I want to add a new Worker, after 24 hours of installation and the methods that are in the links:

These methods do not work either with base64, nor without base64 to create the new worker.ign file

They don't work for me. The installation was done as in the tutorial:

When you finish configuring the Worker with the FCOS file, and the Ignition file, when booting it shows this problem

I appreciate the help because it is a cluster in production that needs to be expanded.
