Hand Cursor Appears on Non-Clickable Elements

Describe the bug
The hand cursor (pointer) appears when hovering.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'General'
3. See error cursor changes to a hand symbol

Expected behavior
The cursor should remain as the default arrow cursor when hovering over .
