Search Term Not Clearing on Page Back Navigation

Describe the bug
When navigating back using the mouse back button (not the backspace key),
The search term disappears, and the page refreshes, but the search bar still shows the old search term

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the 'Encounters' section.
2. Click on "Search"
3. Search in the "Search Encounter" field.
4. Click the mouse back button.
5. The search term is gone, but the search bar still shows the old term.

Expected behavior
When clicking back using the mouse back button, the 'Search Encounter' field should clear completely.
