No Icons Showing for Exa

Version: 0.10.1
Architecture: macOS 12.5, Arm64
Command: exa --group-directories-first --git --icons --time-style=long -iso --color=always

I am trying to run exa but I do not see any icons. I am using Fira Code Nerd Font on iTerm 2 and there should be no particular issues with the icons. I recently did start using oh-my-zsh but I do not see how that could be a problem. Please let me know.

This is what I did

> brew tap homebrew/cask-fonts
> brew install font-fira-code-nerd-font

iterm2 profile

I don't remember having to do anything extra

note no space --time-style=long-iso in your command line

I have the same problem. My iTerm config screen looks the same. The font is correct and tried different NF fonts.
What's interesting is that it doesn't show icons in any terminal, not just iTeam.
I have Fig installed for shell stuff, maybe it's Fig's issue.
