Elo dial for large Elo diff #2040

seems like the Elo dial defaults to +1000 for some extreme test results

weirdly enough for this test the one in the stats section is incorrect but the elo dial one is correct https://tests.stockfishchess.org/tests/stats/65fa275e0ec64f0526c4f57c
