Support for animated SVG

Wish : Support for animated SVG
There are three types :
___1 SVG animation using SMIL
___2 SVG animation using CSS
___3 SVG animation using ECMAScript

Only supported until now by Firefox !

This would mean implementing custom handling for SVG instead of just using the normal qt image loading.
