multiple shortcuts / key bindings for one action

I wanted to assign left/right arrows for viewing previous and next images in full screen...
I encountered two problems :
-> keys are assigned to moving in navigation mode, and can not be assigned twice (be it once in navigation view and once in fullscreen view)
-> one action can not have two shortcuts : I can't have both page up/down and left/right arrows do the switch between pictures
