"Rendering..." text for slow music engraving

For large MEI files, there is a noticeable delay in the score component's rendering. It might be helpful to provide a default behaviour of displaying a "Rendering..." text (maybe have this as a prop – if set, app-supplied text could be displayed, if false, no text?)
