🐞 [BUG] restoring group chats includes your own number

Describe the bug
Restoring messages from a backup (per the workaround in #70) causes messages sent to group chats to immediately return

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create group text and send some messages
2. Download the app for backing up and restoring messages from issue 🐞 [BUG] Error restoring a SMS backup copy #70 above (possibly wiping the db if using the same phone)
3. Back up messages and restore them to the android messages database
4. Let quik re-sync from the android SMS db
5. Send a message to a restored group chat

Expected behavior
Sent message shows up as being sent successfully

actual behavior
Sent message shows up as being sent successfully, and also shows up as being received from myself immediately after.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Pixel 6A
• OS: android 14, LineageOS+MicroG
• App Version: 4.0.7
