Feature Request: Retain the section that has been added

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I add an element from the left scroll-bar it's gone. I cant add it again. Now I need the same section but now i dont have it so i have to code it. If only it wasnt removed it would have been much more convinent.

Dont remove the section that was just added so that i can use it again further.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Give a toggle setting button to remove it or keep it a per user requeirement.

Additional context
This would be a useful feature to have up the sleeve.
