Bug: editor sets cursor always on top

Describe the bug
When editing in the editor pane the cursor will always be placed at the top.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
cursor should be located at correct point

This is still happening, I guess I can work on this and check the reason behind it. Seems like this is a Monacco Editor bug @octokatherine

I encountered the same problem, but only in the local environment when running npm run dev. The editor mouse is constantly stuck at the top, and there is also an issue with the scrollbar exceeding the editor in dark mode.
