Destroy doesn't destroy all objects

When you do a full terraform destroy, the streaming pool that is created by the template is not destroyed.

Additionally, when you set the local variable to destroy compartments. Just to avoid that question.

compartments ARE removed from the state file

they ARE NOT removed from OCI.

I always have to go in and manually remove the stream pool after a 'terraform destroy'. And the state file clearing itself of all the compartments it created makes it some what useless to try to fix at that point. I end up just manually spending the 30m to delete the compartments that I could have walked away while terraform did.
